Under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1993 (SA), the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) is empowered to make guardianship and administration orders for a person who has a mental incapacity. We are able to assist you with your SACAT Application. To have either of these Orders made the SACAT must find that the person suffers from mental incapacity and there is a need for an order to be made.
